Recently I was contacted by Delmarva Power with information regarding a convenient way to report street light outages. I am forwarding this information to you for future reference.
Delmarva Power now has a location on its website, www.delmarva.com, for customers to report street light outages. Customers can now alert the company to street lights that are not working properly by completing a form that is available on-line. Although customers will always have the option of contacting Delmarva by phone (800-375-7117) for street light issues, this internet form provides a web-based alternative as another means of communication and one that allows customers to provide Delmarva with information when it is convenient for them. To access the form, customers should go to Delmarva Power’s internet homepage at www.delmarva.com. After locating the homepage, look for the heading “What would you like to do” and beneath it are eight options to choose. Find the box labeled “Report Street Light Outage,” click on that option and follow the directions on the form.
